  • Requesting for change in size, color or delivery address must be done within 12 hours of order confirmation.
  • Orders cancellations are accepted within the time range of 24 hours of your transactions.

Ensuring your complete satisfaction of your purchase with us remains our topmost goal. We will take all needed measures to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We accept refund or exchange on products purchased. If you have a purchased product from us that requests refund or exchange, kindly Email us within 3 days of your order being received for our consideration.

However, all refund request will be verified before refunding or exchanging of the product, and the refund or exchange will be based on 3 conditions.

  • Shipping didn't make it to delivery address
  • The item has a manufacturing problem.
  • The item is not as described.


In order for us to approve your returned item:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging and all tags must be attached.
  • A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.
  • The products should be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You’ll be notified by an Email message once your product is received and inspected by us and we’ll also state clear if your returned products are approved or rejected. We also have the right to refuse any return that doesn't match our return and refund policy.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your return products are approved after inspection, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
